椒香啤酒鸭[14P]

  黄瓜:低蛋白质

  胡萝卜:清热解毒

  食材用料鸭肉

  半只黄瓜

  半根胡萝卜

  半根青椒

  半个红椒

  半个猪油

  2勺姜

  3片大葱

  2根生抽

  少许啤酒

  1罐(250ml)豆瓣酱

  1小勺红曲酒(自家酿的。)

  13.等汤汁收干出锅前再放1茶匙味精,翻炒下再盛到摆好青红椒的碟子上小贴士

  我的鸭肉没有腌制,也没有过水烫过。

  因为鸭肉过水烫过肉老了,在煮的时候味道吸收不进去。

  不过,鸭肉没有过水会有一个味在,就要用到红曲酒了!大家没有红曲酒也可以用别的红酒试试哦!
