重庆水煮鱼[20P]

  1条黄豆芽

  适量郫县豆瓣酱

  1.材料:草鱼、黄豆芽

  19.将事先盛出的花椒、辣椒铺于碗中,淋入热油即可。小贴士

  吃完水煮鱼后的直接后果就是嗓子疼,上火,因为这些食物主湿,易生痰、生热。应该配合菊花茶化解一下,同时在冬季如果常吃水煮鱼,每天至少喝1000毫升的水来缓解一下火气 。
