  1因为用五花肉编出油脂,所以不需要额外加食用油

  2做这道菜的关键后面的时候要一直保持大火,快速翻炒避免糊锅

  3喜欢吃辣的朋友青椒部分可以不用去籽

  4因为个人口味喜欢清淡所以没有将多的盐和调味。如果喜欢重口味可以适量增加盐和酱油调味
