1个香水芹
5根姜末
10克老干妈(也可用豆瓣酱)
2大匙植物油
4大匙干红椒
15克高汤
500毫升姜片
10克料酒

第一次进烤箱烤鱼的时候一定要放油,要不然的话洋葱肯定会烤焦……到时候就有一股糊味不好吃,影响口感。
